I chose this photo of the different houses because the colors all represent celebration but at the same each individual color defines the family that have the colorful lights. I think the photographer could enhance the colors by adding more saturation to the photo.

Project 1-30x2
For this project we were supposed to take 30 pictures of 2 subjects. We were supposed to use different effects and scenes on our cameras but I couldnt figure it out so I just put it on auto and im really happy with my photos. Once we took all the photos we used Light Room to edit them and add cool effects.
"Emerald Glaze" For this photo all I did really was as a green tint to the whole photo. I also highlighted blacks and increased the saturation. I like the shininess of the branches and the sea green tint.
"Nostalgia" For this image I selected a bleach bypass effect and increased the exposure and brightness. I really like the soft, vintage look of this picture. It's pretty simple but I love it.
"Mermaid Sunset" In this photo I used the mask effect and each stroke I selected a slightly pinker color. I think I did a good job blending the colors and I'm happy with the outcome.
"Ruby Star" In this image I increased the red hues and made it brighter and with a higher exposure. I think the light coming through looks pretty and highlights the red.
"A Dogs Life" The only thing I did to this photo is select a black and white effect. It's simple but it works. This one is the one I spent the least time on but I think it worked really well.

My Summer
This summer I went on a road trip
with my mama. We flew to New York to see my brother because he had just moved out there. We stayed in New York for a few days then started the cross country journey! It took about a week to get from NYC to Seattle, WA. As much as I hated sitting in the car for hours every day, it was so much fun being with my mom and going through so many states!
